Exhibitor Info

• Inline Booths are $350
• Corner Booths are $500

Each Exhibitor Booth Includes

• ​10′ x 10′ Space
• 8′ Table (2 tables if a corner booth)
• Two Chairs
• Two Exhibitor Badges – *Additional badges may be purchased for $20 each.

*Selling or giving away Roseville Gamers eXpo (RGX) Exhibitor Badges to individuals who are not legitimate workers is against Roseville Gamers eXpo (RGX) policy and considered theft. 

Exhibitor Room Rules:

• The sale of "Bootleg" merchandise and "fully AI generated" or "Stolen" artwork is not Permitted.
• Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted.
• The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.
• Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of Roseville Gamers eXpo’s (RGX's) Weapons/Peace Bonding Policy.
  

We would prefer that your merchandise be "Video Games" or Video Game related in some way, but if you feel you have something non-gaming related that people want we welcome you as well.

CALIFORNIA SELLER’S PERMIT

By law, any California resident selling items in the state of California must have a California Seller’s Permit. You must be 18 years of age or older to obtain a California Seller’s Permit. The permit is free, and very easy to obtain. You may apply for a permit by mail, or in person at one of the Board of Equalization field offices. The California Seller’s Permit application can be found at the California Board of Equalization website. 

Exhibitor Room Setup Hours

• Friday Setup: 12pm – 7pm
• Saturday Setup: 8:00am – 10:30am
• Sunday Setup: 8:30am - 9:30am
• Sunday Teardown: 5pm - 9:30pm

Exhibitor Room Public Hours

• Saturday General Admission: 11am – 7pm
• Sunday General Admission: 10am – 5pm
• VIP Admission: 30 minutes early
